Schedule my Trip

  • Can I travel pregnant?

Due to the rules of the airlines, it is necessary that you inform the company of the period of gestation in which you are when you purchase the airline tickets, and inform us so that we can verify if there are any restrictions during the contracted route.
We emphasize the importance of consulting with a trusted physician to ensure that there is no risk involved in the trip.
Please also refer to specific travel assistance plans for pregnancy.

  • Can I bring a pet?

Unfortunately, this service is not yet available.

  • How do check-in and check-out times work in hotels?

Hotels have specific check-in and check-out times that must be respected in order not to incur additional costs. The international standard is check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.
For riads and hotels contracted with Karfa Tours, compliance with these times is our responsibility.

  • Is there vegetarian and vegan food in Morocco?

Yes, this possibility exists on the menus of most restaurants in the country. However, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance. Please also remember to inform your airline when purchasing your tickets.

  • Is it worth traveling in Ramadan?

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, in which most Muslims practice ritual fasting for the entire month, from sunrise to sunset.

The disadvantage of traveling in this interval is the possibility of finding establishments closed at certain times of the day and daily life is unusual, as many Moroccans take the opportunity to enjoy their vacations.

The advantage is to find a more festive atmosphere in the streets at night, with festivities and breakfast gatherings.

In 2023, it is the period from March 23 to April 21.

Please refer to the documentation requirements for minors traveling alone or with only one parent.
